i added more RAM to all servers and rebooted all servers. non of them where doing any swapping and its also handling A LOT less load than our production setup based on older centos, older CPUs, older mailscanner and a custom version of mailwatch where the DB does not have more resources (same RAM actually sharing CPU with 10 other VM where the new 3 VMs are running alone on two hosts)
its running again - lets make a poll on how long :D ah, stopped logging already I see... -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jeremy McSpadden Sent: 16. august 2011 21:08 To: Baruwa users list Subject: Re: [Baruwa] baruwa2.db You may want to up the memory on your mysql server. Are they all 3 running on the same server ? what is the connection between the 3 servers if not ? -- Jeremy McSpadden Flux Labs, Inc http://www.fluxlabs.net Endless Solutions Office : 850-588-4626 Cell : 850-890-2543 Fax : 850-254-2955 -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jan Agermose Sent: Tuesday, August 16, 2011 2:10 PM To: 'Baruwa users list' Subject: Re: [Baruwa] baruwa2.db its not logging any errors the mysql/www is a VM with 2 CPU and 2GB RAM, the two scanners are with 4GB RAM, 2CPU VM the hosts are 2x4c CPU, 32GB at the moment only running this :) so there should be no content for the CPUs. Also all VMs show no load when running TOP, no IO wait or anything. scanned mails per day around 30.000 mails -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jeremy McSpadden Sent: 16. august 2011 21:06 To: Baruwa users list Subject: Re: [Baruwa] baruwa2.db Check your mysql logs.
