It's nothing serious (and it shouldn't be presented as
an error, really). It's just that BASE fails to find what
it would consider a likely starting point for the data
in the file, based on some very crude heuristics. So you'll
have to manually specify which the "format identifier" and
"data header" lines are, down where the the beginning of
the file is displayed.
