Hi all, I've been looking at the demo of BASE 1.2 at Lund and I can't figure out one thing - but perhaps I'm being stupid and have missed something.
Let's say I have hybridisation X (condition X vs. control) and hybridisation Y (condition Y vs. control). How would I set up a filter which would "give me all the genes/reporters that are at least A times overexpressed in hyb. X AND at least B times underexpressed in hyb. Y"? The filters don't seem to apply an AND across multiple data sets. Also, I don't see how you combine biological and technical replicates into one data set. Do people normally do this type of analysis with plugins or external software? many thanks, Bob. -- Bob MacCallum | VectorBase Developer | Kafatos/Christophides Groups | Division of Cell and Molecular Biology | Imperial College London | Phone +442075941945 | Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
