Hi Rossana,
I think the following line does not exist in your Reporter table :
INSERT INTO Reporter (id, reporterId, geneName, geneSymbol) VALUES (1,
'', '', '');
If you just installed BASE , you might have forgotten to execute
base_mysql_data.sql that populate some mandatory data in BASE.
