<base_dir>/sql/base_mysql_data.sql must be loaded (see installation

mentioned will be created. If you don t have it, I suspect you did not
go correctly thru installation.
I don t quite understand the rest of your question. Sorry. As I got it,
you insert data directly in the db without going thru PHP interface. I
am not sure it is a great idea unless you really know what you are
doing. You should better try the "mass data import" in the Hyb menu.
