Hi,
I recently presented base in a group meeting here at the Broad
Institute. I thought it would be interesting to combine with our public
access microarray data base, ChemBank. It seems natural that one would
want to provide free tools to access and manage the data we are
providing to the pubic. Unfortunately, due to staff limitations and
current content with proprietary solutions, I was unable to provide a
convincing argument to devoting resources to helping to further develop
BASE.

I am writing you to offer you any access to any data files that that may
help you in you development or demonstration offerings. If you think it
would be useful, currently we only have a web front end to a tab
delimited text file that are both publicly accessible. If you want any
imaging data, such as tiff, gpr, or gps files, I could provide them
though email or temporary ftp access, but there's no way to permanently
share them. Please let me know what you think.

Best Regards,
Jason Fuller
