Have you looked into NCBI GEO datasets? There are now about 90,000 arrays available there. Also, ArrayExpress at EBI has many thousands of arrays available, as well. Finally, probably the third-largest repository is the Stanford Microarray Database. All the data available from these databases are public, so have at it.
