I don't think so. It seems strange that it can't find the data the second time you click on "Parse the file" button. I really don't know why that is happening. Most of our test data files are Genepix files and we have not had any problems with them. I am thinking that maybe something gets trunkated or there is a problem with different types of linebreaks. Can you send me a few lines from a file with this problem? If should be enough with one line of data. If your headers have sensitive information please remove them as well. > > 2/ Some subsidiary question > --------------------------------------------- > > Doing the same thing in Base 1.2, I could tell BASE the the Line Number > 1 should match some regex (^ATF\t1\.0 for this type of file). > I did not find such information in the Base 2.1 plugin configuration ? > Or is this the field Header regexp ? It works a bit differently in BASE 2. We don't look at a specific line number anymore. /Nicklas ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
