Hi Nicklas... and others
I thing I found the pb... but I still have some problems.

1/ I am working with firefox 2.0. But I tried IE6, mozilla 1.7.6: same
trouble

2/ The pb is in the Data header regexp.
To make the stuff work, I have to put by hand the regex:

Block\tColumn\tRow\tName\tID\tX\tY.*

If you search through the list archive, you'll find someone who uses
nearly the same regex.
However, I do not understand why if I drop out the last .*, data header
cannot be found...

3/ Well, anyway I tried to understand why the regex suggested by the
system when you click the button "Data header" did not work,
at least for me. I wonder if the pb could not be related to
international characters: the regex computed by the system is:

\QBlock Column Row Name ID X Y Dia. F635
Median F635 Mean F635 SD B635 Median B635 Mean B635 SD
% > B635+1SD % > B635+2SD F635 % Sat. F532 Median F532
Mean F532 SD B532 Median B532 Mean B532 SD % >
B532+1SD % > B532+2SD F532 % Sat. Ratio of Medians Ratio of
Means Median of Ratios Mean of Ratios Ratios SD Rgn Ratio
Rgn R? F Pixels B Pixels Sum of Medians Sum of Means Log
Ratio F635 Median - B635 F532 Median - B532 F635 Mean - B635
F532 Mean - B532 Flags\E

which does not work (separators are TAB, the copy-and-paste transformed
them into space).
If I slightly modify the regex, it works:

\ABlock Column Row Name ID X Y Dia. F635
Median F635 Mean F635 SD B635 Median B635 Mean B635 SD
% > B635\+1SD % > B635\+2SD F635 % Sat. F532 Median F532
Mean F532 SD B532 Median B532 Mean B532 SD % >
B532\+1SD % > B532\+2SD F532 % Sat. Ratio of Medians Ratio
of Means Median of Ratios Mean of Ratios Ratios SD Rgn
Ratio Rgn R. F Pixels B Pixels Sum of Medians Sum of
Means Log Ratio F635 Median - B635 F532 Median - B532 F635
Mean - B635 F532 Mean - B532 Flags\Z

The modifications I did are:

-Escape the + character
-Replace the Rgn R? by Rgn R. (see next mail for this point)
-Use \A and \Z (perl-compatible regex) instead of \Q and \E

Regards,
