Dear Base2 users,

Experiments always consit of replicated hybridizations which should be described in terms of samples, extracts,... with MIAME annotations. The great majority of MIAME annotations are identical for all replicates. I have seen that a mass annotation plugin is scheduled for a next relaese, but would it be possible to select a sample (or extract) and simply duplicate it. Users could then modify the few annotations that differ from the original ones.

Or perhaps is there an other way of avoiding to enter several times the same annotation for replicates ?

Many thanks in advance for your answer,

Robin
