A reporter must have unique external ID. If you don't want to edit your 
files and change your ID:s, you can create two different plugin 
configurations and add a prefix to the column with the ID. For example 
if the ID is in the first column use "A\0\" for the platform A 
configuration and "B\0\" for the platform B configuration. You must also 
do the same for the raw data importer. Then, when you import reporters 
or raw data you just have to select the configuration corresponding to 
the platform you currently use.
