A reporter must have unique external ID. If you don't want to edit your files and change your ID:s, you can create two different plugin configurations and add a prefix to the column with the ID. For example if the ID is in the first column use "A\0\" for the platform A configuration and "B\0\" for the platform B configuration. You must also do the same for the raw data importer.
