Owing to the fact that the importer supports only affymetrix, genepix and agilent platforms, I reckon interested users can stick to the batch importer for the non- supported platforms. However, the tab2mage importer can be extended to other platforms but will require a little bit of coding. >>Incidentally does anyone know of a SOFT to Tab2Mage converter for people wanting to import GEO data? I do not know much about SOFT, hence do not know if a converter exists or not.
