The Illumina import works from the Raw bioassay list view or from the 
view page for a single experiment. It will look for a line starting with 
the string 'TargetID' which is the header line just before the data 
starts. The importer also checks that the first line in the file 
contains the word 'Illumina'. See http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/486
for examples of files that we have used for testing (the *.csv files).

The Illumina import doesn't support different configurations.
