The Illumina import works from the Raw bioassay list view or from the view page for a single experiment. It will look for a line starting with the string 'TargetID' which is the header line just before the data starts. The importer also checks that the first line in the file contains the word 'Illumina'. See http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/486 for examples of files that we have used for testing (the *.csv files). > > In BASE 2.2.1 I set up BASE so it could import modified Illumina data > using Jeremy Davis-Turak modifications to raw-data-types.xml. > However, I am using the raw-data-types.xml supplied with BASE 2.4.1. > and have deleted existing projects using these. The Illumina import doesn't support different configurations. /Nicklas ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
