Dear Nicklas,
Thankyou, this finally worked!. However I am advancing in setting up BASE
terribly slowly. Is there a pipeline I should follow, something a little more
like step-by-step directions aside from the Getting started page?
I'd really appreciate some information on this.

You probably need to select the 'owned by others' in the 'view/presets'
list.
