The "Getting started" documenent at 
http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/doc/user/getting_started.html
describes what you need to do in order to get going. It is slightly 
outdated and doesn't cover new features. It should be useful anyway.

When it comes to Illumina you need the file(s) created by BeadStudio. At 
first we had the impression that this was a fairly fixed format and the 
Illumina importer plug-in can only import data from files that are 
compatible with what you can find on: http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/486
