Julie reviewed a review of Dashell Hammett in the newspaper as being worth reading

Joanie reviewed 'A Very Long Engagement' as beautifully done, but very nasty in a personal sort of way and a definite downer

Mike Mclaughlin reviewed the San jose Museum of Art as having lots of interesting art and it's free. Nathan says their café is good.

We auctioned off lots of stuff then; Alison doing much of the auctioning, then turning the duty over to Dave G when he arrived. She stated that auctioning was a very difficult job

Dave G reviewed going to Dallas, TX, for work and back as that American Airlines is selling food now & that the trip was worth the full price he paid for it = $3.00

We adjourned at = 9:33 pm

And the rumor of the week was ‘Star Trek is not dead, it's just caught in the transporter pattern buffer'
