In favor: Better food - more items that I'm interested in trying. Cleaner restrooms. Minute Maid Light Lemonade as a soda choice. Able to get food quickly and readily. - Did not have to wait for a waitress to screw it up or take more than 30 minutes to get it.
Against: Have to go upstairs to get to the room. - Could pose a problem for people with mobility issues. Room layout was not to best advantage - Will need to rearrange or move out into open space. Rather noisy. Potential: Take over the upstairs bar space. - Potential problem of what happens when the place gets crowded? What happens in the summer time? - Do they have air conditioning available when it gets hot? Question: Is the balcony space available to smokers, or do they have non-smoking balcony space available?
