A home around the corner from us is for sale. It's been on the market
since November, and the price has come down greatly. The price has been
reduced $119,500 to $879,000, and I suspect that they might take a
price below list to get the place sold.
This is definitely a good price for our neighborhood, and it's kid
friendly for those with kids. For those without kids, it's still a
great quiet neighborhood.

Thursday is the realtor day in Sunnyvale, but you can look at places on
those days, too. It looks like they'll be having an open house on
Saturday and Sunday, so if you come to our Games Day, you can take a
look at the house for sale as well.
