I've entered the corrections I received at last Monday's meeting to our Hugo Recommendations, and don't expect any more changes. The deadline for nominating is the end of February. If you want to vote by paper mail, I suggest getting your ballot in the post this weekend. If you vote electronically, you can wait a little bit longer, but make sure you already have your Hugo PIN from Anticipation or Denvention. If you don't know your PIN, go to the Anticipation web site and request they send it to you now rather than waiting until the deadline. There's no guarantee they'll be hovering over their computers waiting for you to send panicky messages late at night on the final day.
