I watched the Threshold series, and I enjoyed the beginning of the series as they developed the characters and built on the mystery of the alien artifact, however as the series progressed the focus switches from the main characters to more about the alien artifact and the effects it has on genetic modification of the population. The series gets very creepy towards the end (Like 10X X-files) and I think that is when the series got cancelled. There were two other shows that came out about the same time "Surface" and "Invasion" I really enjoyed Surface although it was cancelled before completion and Invasion was a twist on Invasion of The Body Snatchers that I did not care for. If you have not seen it "4400" is worth watching however it got cancelled before completion as well. Of the old campy sci-fi I really liked the British series Blakes-7 written by Peter David, however it is only been published in PAL and not available in NTSC format. Another movie I recommend as worth Netflix is "A Dogs Breakfast" this is not science fiction but it has many of the stars from Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis and is a very funny Indy film. As for a major campy film rent the "Lost Skeleton of Cadavera" a 50's B Movie Science Fiction spoof. -Nathan Slurm-er
