Ed, I was one of the recipients of the eponymous joe job in 1997, the attempt by a spammer to carry out a revenge attack against Joe Doll of Saratoga, CA. I think I'd know a joe job. This _did_ come from the compromised Yahoo account and _did_ come from Yahoo. One can easily tell from the last-hop Received header, which uniquely cannot be forged. I've spoken to Hilary's husband, this morning. They were aware of the security compromise, and are taking corrective measures. _______________________________________________ Basfa mailing list [email protected] http://lists.basfa.org/listinfo.cgi/basfa-basfa.org
