Hello, ladies and gentle beings. Reclaiming's Spiral Dance in San Francisco includes a meditation on the reading of the beloved babies and beloved dead.
If you would like to have the name of loved one(s) included in the meditation, go to their website and submit any names before 7:00p Friday. Here are the links for newborns <http://reclaimingspiraldance.org/beloved-babies/> and departed <http://reclaimingspiraldance.org/beloveddead/>. The meditation takes place on Saturday at the Kezar Stadium. There is no charge for having names included in the meditation, nor do you have to be present. Having been to past spiral dances, I found it a moving and uplifting experience, relevant to all faiths.
