Assuming he can do so without significant trouble, I suggest that the Treasurer (Dave Gallaher?) open an Online Savings account at Ally Bank with the balance in the regular account.  Does that require a vote, or is it in the purview of he treasurer's duties? (P.S.:  be careful about donating to the runoff elections; there are a lot of scam sited posing as candidate PACs.  BTW, you may want to see what your own bank has done for you lately.  No, I get nothing for this; if you know a better deal, plase let ma abd Dave
