There is some technical reason for Batik doesn't implement a BMP transcode like
happens with other formats(jpeg, png)? Or is this useless and the community
think this is unnecessary?
I need convert from SVG to BMP, and I will try implement this transcode, but
before I want listen your opinions and ideas.
