I was trying to change as little as possible in the existing code. As you can see the idea was to retry timings where the operation or the reference came out at 0ms but I added a trap in case of too many retries. That's the exception you have seen. I'm sure I can make the timing more robust. What do you think, is it worth doing? Peter
