It's under the 'Tools' menu item. It's desensitized unless it can find the debugger classes.
The debugger classes are those in js.jar?
As far as I know our 'xml-batik/lib/js.jar' is a simple build of Rhino. Why are you trying to roll your own?
Er... probably because I had no clue that Rhino was integrated with Batik...
