Hi Amit,
There is really no direct way to control this (it goes a bit against the concept of a flow) however you can set margin's and an 'indent' (extra margin for first line of paragraph) on _paragraphs_ (not line elements). This might let you do what you want.
BTW I don't know how much of this (margin, indent, etc) will be found in the final SVG 1.2 flow text stuff.
