Yep... and in my opinion Ivy <http://ant.apache.org/ivy/> is the right tool
for this kind of stuff. I think there is some form of an Eclipse plugin for
it too (but I've never used it).

The problem with Ivy is that there's no good public repository for it... so
I've recently been working on creating one! It's called Ivy RoundUp.. check
