bbdb-send-mail-internal checks the variable bbdb-send-mail-style and
then calls the right function. May I suggest that there be an option
to use the function compose-mail (which is the standard binding for
C-x m in Emacs 20)? This command allows the user to select the right
style for sending a message, by setting the variable mail-user-agent.

If XEmacs also provides this command, we could think about removing
bbdb-send-mail-style altogether, since it duplicates existing
functionality. Or could there be a reason for people to send mail
using one style from BBDB and using a different style from `C-x m'?

Disclaimer: I'm still using 2.00.06, so if this was added lately, I
haven't seen it. Sorry. Maybe I should live on the bleeding edge...
