One way is to define a 'mail-alias' field for each of the folks on the
list you want to send. For example, I have a
mail-alias: donuts
field to remind folks in my group to bring donuts to our staff meetings.
:-)
Then C-c C-a donuts
and voila, there they are in my To: field.
