Since you already have an entry for this person and just don't want to
add more "junk" entries, perhaps you want to add an entry for the
"junk" in bbdb-ignore-some-messages-alist (see the doc for that to
enable it). This is the technique I use for some mailing lists that
have similarly "unique" senders each time.
