Create a document. 
Enter the text line you are always adding, like, <P><FONT FACE="Arial"
SIZE="2"> 
Save to the HTML Glossary folder in: 
<MacHD>:Users:<username>:Library:Application Support:BBEdit:Glossary:HTML
Glossary.html: 
Open the Glossary palette. 
Select the HTML Glossary set (next to the word "Set:"). 
The document you just saved should be there, select it. 
Set key... 

Repeat as needed. 

See the Glossary Reference in BBEdit's Help menu, especially note the
keywords.
