"Worksheet (5-11-06)" and some 50 more much like it have appeared in my $HOME directory. In most, but not all, cases the date-like thing in parentheses matches the last modified date.
I suspect there are more copies in other directories. There seems to be nothing about automatic backups or the like in the preferences. Anyone know what I have done to myself? How can I kill it? Any hints on finding all and dumping them? A link to something in a manual somewhere? It apparently started well before I updated to 8.2.6.
