Any changes. As best I can tell, they're scanned when BBEdit
starts up.
It sounds to me like it's not seeing the end of the first
function, and so it never starts looking for the next
one.
For Perl, I typically use cmd-b (select block), to find
where it thinks the end of the function is, but with the
changes to CLMs, you can have a function that's separate
from a programming block.
