(BBEdit 8.5, 10.4.7)

I have two p4 preference entries that are identical except for P4PORT. One is localhost:1666; the other is somehostname:1666. I use the latter when I'm in the office and directly connected to the perforce repository, and the former to access it remotely through an ssh tunnel.

Both of them work fine on their own, but if they're both present, BBEdit will only use the first one. I assume it's finding the first match to the client root directory.

I can conjure up various approaches that might allow the right entry to be picked more or less automatically (make an entry conditional on the address of the network I'm attached to, say, or the default route), but it would suffice, I suppose, to have a checkbox to enable/disable an entry.

Absent any of those solutions, is there a way to do what I want to do short of reverting to a single entry and manually editing it depending on where I'm working?
