The only ones I can think of is Emacs with the AUCTex major mode added
[1] and vim[2] which has several folding scripts including a LaTeX
script[3]. TextMate and a few other editors allow you to add fold
‘markers’ through selected text, but these folds are not coded. 

It would be great if BBEdit could emulate vim’s folding though. :)
