OK RegEX kings - rev up your engines....

I have looked around and around and around everywhere, and found plenty of email validators using RegEX formulas, but I am not really clear on how to
use that in BBEdit...

Here is the problem - I have a bunch of text, like:

James
McGrath
advanced
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

30

douglas
morrison
advantage
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

30

Formatted exactly like that (love data conversion!!!!) - I need to extract email address only out of all of these records - anywhere from 100-500 per
page.

Is there some sort of script or forumla that I can run in BBEdit that will extract these emails? Short of that, how do I get them identified for a quick copy and paste? I am looking in excess of 5000 records in total - so
hand bombing through is really not a good option...

Any suggestions?

TIA!
