In Leopard, I want to have BB-Edit open in space 2 (for example) along
with Safari. No problem until I want to save (command + s) a BB-Edit
document. When I do the command + save, I am thrown back to space 1
where I have the finder window rather than remaining in space 2. This
problem occurs under 8.7 and 8.7.1.
If, on the other hand, I open both BB-Edit and Safari in space 1
(where I still have the finder window), I remain in space 1 when doing
command + save and the above problem is avoided.
Also, I just discovered that if I have a finder winder in space 2
along with BB-Edit, I remain is space 2. It appears, therefore, that
BB-Edit requires a finder window to be in the same space to operate
normally in this regard.
Anyone have a similar experience or better yet a solution?
