Hi Again,

Using BBEdit version 8.2.6
The file (spot-checked) looks alright. No odd characters at the beginning.
It *should be* valid XML, starts out:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

There are some "unlauted" characters in it, they get nailed when
I do "zap gremlins, non-ascii."

If I simply open the file, save as (new name), close and open (new name)
it stops complaining.

I just tried parsing it with XML Nanny, v3.0 beta. 
It seems to identify a line with bad characters so I guess I'll 
follow up that lead.
