Hi Again,
Using BBEdit version 8.2.6
The file (spot-checked) looks alright. No odd characters at the beginning.
It *should be* valid XML, starts out:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
There are some "unlauted" characters in it, they get nailed when
I do "zap gremlins, non-ascii."
If I simply open the file, save as (new name), close and open (new name)
it stops complaining.
I just tried parsing it with XML Nanny, v3.0 beta.
It seems to identify a line with bad characters so I guess I'll
follow up that lead.
Thanks all!
Happy Holidays, merry solstice!
