My very basic stab at this may work for you or may need modification. The key thing though is that BBEdit can easily accomplish this kind of thing. It is the king of Find/Replace :) If you go to the Help and check out Grep Reference, there you will be able to read about how you can create the expressions to suit your particular requirement.
