I've found Barebones to be better than many companies too. It would be nice if every request got the response you requested, but if they get 50 requests to fix xyz and 1 to fix a function popup issue with php5 which do you think will get worked first? The sarcasm in "I'm sure they do lots of interesting stuff the whole day long" probably won't help push the request to the top of the list either.
