See Markup->Utilities->Format... You can choose from different styles
(which I think is also the reason this isn't readily available).
You may also be interested in "Close current tag" on the markup menu.
I still would like to see this as a language dependent feature, so
that latex's \begin{document} and \end{document} can be treated in a
similar way.
