?? I think you have that backwards. If the font's aliased, then it shouldn't
be blurry at all (you should be able to see each pixel clearly).
Anti-aliasing *is* blurring (*very* loosely speaking).

Font smoothing is pretty much a global thing, and I'm not aware of any way
to change it for an individual typeface. You could try tweaking the settings
in the Appearance control panel to reduce the amount of font smoothing
(which will of course affect all fonts). Or, you can turn off font smoothing
altogether for font sizes x and smaller, especially if you get TinkerTool,
which gives you a larger range of sizes than System preferences.
