Very nice - one amplification: the ctags that's in BBEdit's application package is actually for the app's internal use; however, it's built from Darren Hiebert's "Exuberant ctags" source: <http://ctags.sourceforge.net/>. ctags is also built into the system, but as far as I can tell it's the old BSD version which doesn't support nearly as many useful languages as ectags does.
