> I also use projects. To get around the issue (when scratchpad is open), I just-right click on a file I want to compare against another file in that same project and choose 'move to new window'. Then I click the file in the project file list I want to compare that to, and then issue the compare two front docs command (using my assigned keystrokes to make it even faster).
