As I understand it. to validate my code as XHTML, javascript that is not XHTML-legal has to be escaped as CDATA. I thought the proper CDATA open and close sequencess would be part of BBEdit, but I haven't found them and searching the usual BB help doesn't turn up any results for the string "CDATA". What am I doing wrong, here? Do I just add the stuff to a clippings file? Has someone already built a clippings file with the CDATA string?
