What is the magic F/Replace I need to do in BBedit that will let me
paste everything back into excel. Everything I read says use CRLF as
that's windows but in BBedit that seems to be \r and \n which excel
sees as pressing the Return key.
What is the missing magic step. Please.
I don't understand the problem. No matter what line-end convention
is used (barring 'unicode') in a BBEdit document each new line will
appear in a new row in Excel, and if there are 5 tabs in a line the
Excel row will have 6 cells, whether you copy and paste or whether
you save in BBE and open in Excel.
