Expect to see free dot-point upgrades with MAS apps. You can also
expect more minor upgrades pushed out as major updates just to force
you to pay again for something that would have been free outside the
MAS.

MAS may be changing the way in which apps are priced but along with
somewhat cheaper initial prices, comes expensive updates and the
marginalisaion of loyalty. Luckily there is always a better app out
there so more devs get a little money rather than the few getting the
lions share!
