Cmd-Ctrl-F seems to be Apple's standard shortcut for fullscreen
mode and it would be great to have the same one in all apps,
but it doesn't work in BBEdit 10.0, since there Cmd-Ctrl-F
opens a "insert inline font tag" popup thing. I tried removing
the shortcut for that menu item, since I don't work with HTML
anyways, but now Cmd-Ctrl-F just does nothing..
The factory default in BBEdit is Cmd-Ctrl-F as well; but
existing preferences will use the old keyboard equivalent. Use
the "Menus & Shortcuts" preferences to assign whatever
equivalent you like. (You may want to "Restore Defaults",
although that will discard other customizations you have
performed, so proceed carefully.)
