Rich,

I just full-screened BBedit 10.0.1 on Lion and couldn't figure out how
to smoothly exit full screen. I get no menu bar when I bounce the
mouse pointer off the top of the display. Cmd-opt-/ seems to allow
the menu bar to be exposed, so that's one workaround, but you must hit
cmd-opt-/ a second time to get the window title bar back.

I had upgraded from 10.0 to 10.0.1, so my cmd-ctrl-F was not mapped to
the menu item enter/exit full screen. I restored defaults and
restarted, but cmd-ctrl-F doesn't seem to do anything now.

I just unmapped cmd-ctrl-F in BBedit and created a macro in Keyboard
Maestro to hit the menu item "Exit Full Screen". That works fine, so
at least I've got a workaround.

Regards,
Wes
